Welcome to the Amélie Wine Club Portal (“Portal”), an exclusive online platform for Amélie Wine Bar & Bistro Wine Club members to browse and purchase wine at member pricing. By accessing and using this Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
• Wine Club Membership: This Portal is exclusively available to paying members of the Amélie Wine Club at the “Enthusiast” or “Aficionado” membership levels. Only these members have access to purchase wines at the displayed member pricing.
• Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to access the Portal, place orders, and purchase wine. By accessing and using this Portal, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
2. Member Pricing and Discounts
• Exclusive Pricing: All pricing displayed on this Portal is exclusive to Amélie Wine Club members and includes discounts appropriate to your membership level. Pricing is automatically adjusted according to your current membership level (Enthusiast or Aficionado).
• No Additional Discounts: The pricing listed on the Portal reflects all applicable membership discounts; no further discounts or adjustments will be applied.

3. Ordering and Pickup
• In-Store Pickup Only: All purchases made through the Portal are for in-store pickup only at Amélie Wine Bar & Bistro, located at 6727 US 431 S, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763. No delivery or shipping options are available at this time per State of Alabama regulations.
• Pickup Process: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on when your order will be ready for pickup. Please bring valid ID showing proof of age (21 or older) and your membership status when picking up your order.
4. Payment and Refunds
• Final Sale: All wine purchases made through this Portal are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on any wine bought through the Portal.
• Payment Processing: Payments must be completed through the Portal at the time of purchase. Only authorized Wine Club members may complete transactions on the Portal.
5. Use of the Portal
• Authorized Use: The Portal is intended solely for use by authorized Amélie Wine Club members. Sharing access or using another individual’s membership information to access the Portal is prohibited.
• Account Security: As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
